The following items need to be completed before the game is really ready to put through it's paces.

 Yes Means can be played as is with little work.
 No means it is not quite ready yet.
 PHB means you can for the moment use the rules form the D20 3.5 or Anime D20 rules.

     * Races will never be 100% because it is always possible to find a new race.
    ** Magic is usable, but there are no Tweak RPG Spell Lists yet.  For the moment
       players will need to use the spell lists from other D20 sources.
      
       Much work is still left to be done!

I will use this list as my guide over the next few days/next week or so to try to flesh out the rules more. I want a Yes under playable for every section before I move on to the play testing stage.
