Reckba is listed as a Kingdom, which emplies a Monarchy.

Are they ruled by a king or a queen?

Does the King/Queen have a ruling council, or a council of advisors? It would likely be one or the other, or neither.  :P Both would become somewhat inefficient. :)

How many sections are there in the city? For the largest cities, we could easily do multiple maps. ^_^

The governing body is very much a monarchy, ruled by a single family. King and Queen both in charge

There is a council of advisors, due to the size of the kingdom, mostly formed of heirs and heiresses
