A fairly small village in the great plains. There is no ruler of any kind, instead, everyone makes sure everyone is prospering and living well. They all do their part in the town. With this, there is no crime, no hate, no war. But this also makes everyone cautious and callous towards outsiders. The town has no real army, mostly framers and craftsmen that chase things with knives and pitchforks. There are few adventurers mostly retired and living an easy life now.

Ramrouth proves to be.... Interesting. Overall the city seems to be fairly normal. It seems to be run by a small council of citizens. Run, and Council for that matter, are both somewhat relative terms. It is not so much a loose knit democracy as it is a tight knit anarchy state. The people police themselves, and each other. Each man sees that his neighbor is taken care of. There is no true mayor of the city, though there is an elder that seems to fit that role for the purpose of dealing with outsiders. Because these ideas, and the life style required to make them work, are so different from most cities, they seem to be distrusting of outsiders.
It is as if chaos rules in such a way that it produces a kind of absolute order.
On the eastern edge of town is the most garish temple you could imagine. It is not that it is ugly per say (would actually be quite nice looking actually), but rather it is pink. It is too cheerful to exist.
Within the temple, the followers of this city's god go too and fro about their daily business just like anyone else. There are many who seem to stand out though. There are among his followers talented members of most every discipline.
