Fairies are actually a broad category of creatures, rather than a single creature.
Fairy or fae is a concept that has existed for as long as western civilization can remember, and quite likely long before. Even outside the bounds of western culture, there are concpets that are very similar.
Here we will try to gather a listing of the different types of fairy.
