Jarod is the leader of the group named "The Silent Sparrows." While the label "guild" does not exactly apply to their group, they are held in high regard among the guilds of the Guild City ArGin. When questioned as to why though, few will go into any real detail. For simplicity sake, they are listed as a "Thieve's Guild," though the Thieves Guild of ArGin does not seem to have any real objection to their presence.
