ArGin is a city, and as with other cities, there are people in places of importance. Here we will detail some of these people so that you may use them in your campaign.

[edit] Narig Manbrin: Grand Master of the Mechanitians Guild, ArGin Chapter

 Name: Narig Manbrin
 Race: Goblin
 Profession: Mechanitian
 
 Narig is the head of the Mechanitians Guild, ArGin Chapter.  
 This means that he is the lead authority over a rather large 
 section of town, that to be blunt, the Red Guard actively avoids.  
 
 He oversees the day to day functions of the chapter as a whole, 
 as well as acting as liaison with the parent guild, as well as 
 the other guilds of ArGin.
 
 As head of the Mechanitian's guild in ArGin, his name is both 
 a praise and a curse.  His engineers (or more accurately those 
 of one of his predecessors) were the ones to lay the ground 
 work of the new city, but it is also suspected that they had 
 some hand in the requirement for a new city.  His machines 
 keep the city streets clean, and it is his men who man and 
 maintain the catapults and siege engines that protect the city 
 from invasion.
 
 It is also his compound that lowers the property values of an 
 entire district, producing strange sounds and smells at all 
 hours of the night.  Random explosions and flying cows (Or 
 rather falling ungracefully) are not unheard of in his 
 district.  His guild is one of the few that actually lay claim 
 to an entire section of town.  This is partly due to financial 
 influence, and partly because the Red Guard find dealing with
 them too stressful.
